The Records Division is responsible for maintaining all files and records for the Claremore Police Department. The division maintains all criminal investigation reports, incident reports, accident reports, and master files on all individuals arrested for a criminal charge. The Records division also files and maintains all traffic citations and arrest warrants issued by the City of Claremore. This division collects required statistics for State and Federal reporting that is required, as well as for a monthly and annual report to the Chief of Police.
The Records Division maintains photograph files of individuals arrested and maintains the sex offender registry that is required by law.
