Land Management and Community Image (LMCI) is the branch of the Parks and Recreation Department that maintains the landscape of city owned parks and the many amenities in the parks system. LMCI also cares for the city’s urban forest.

Pesticides and Mowing
LMCI also applies pesticides - insecticides and herbicides - and is vigilant over its spraying operations. LMCI has employees that are certified with the Oklahoma Department of Agriculture as Certified Pesticide Applicators in multiple spray categories.

LMCI’s mowing operations are extensive, covering highway rights of way, city parks, and facilities.
